Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (including opened or used items) cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
